Do we take reservations?
We do not take reservations.
You may inquire about a restaurant buy out, which is a 3 hour minimum.

We do not accommodate partial restaurant buy outs in our Essex St. location.

Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes we have a Veggin-out burger available, the potato bun does contain lactose free milk, so it is not vegan. All sides, except for loaded tots are vegetarian. Fries, tater tots, onion rings are all vegan and we can do lettuce wrap instead of bun and dairy free cheese.
Our Club sauce contains eggs, order burger without sauce to make it vegan..
Do you have gluten free options or buns?
We do lettuce wrap in lieu of a gluten free bun
Do you deliver or take call in pre-orders?
Currently we do not offer delivery or take call in pre-orders.
Are kids allowed?
Yes of course, we do have high chairs available but we DO NOT have a changing table. Please be courteous to the space and clean up after yourselves. We are a fast casual dining restaurant and do not have waiter service.
Is there a kids menu?
We do not have a specific kids menu. Our burgers can be ordered plain or no onions or only cheese if needed.
Do we allow dogs? Here is the answer from NY GOV
In New York State, restaurants can allow companion dogs in the OUTDOOR dining areas of the restaurant. Companion animals are NOT permitted in indoor dining or food preparation areas.
Note that companion dogs are defined as a domesticated dog accompanying an individual or owner for the purpose of companionship or convenience of such individual or owner, and shall not include guide, hearing, or service dogs. For more information on service animals in food service establishments, please visit the Americans with Disabilities Act website.
Do we have parking?
ESSEX STREET LOCATION: Only street parking is available. We are located 1 block away from the F,M,J,Z Delancey/Essex Subway stop. Use google maps to find the nearest parking garage available.
GREENPOINT in Threes Brewing: Only street parking is available. We are located a few blocks from the G Greenpoint stop.
How long is the wait?
We cannot predict how long the wait will be if any. Once orders are placed you can get your food within 7-20 minutes time.
Do you serve alcohol?
We do serve beer and wine only. We are a fast casual restaurant and we do not have an extensive wine list.
